The missing flat washers were replaced with ones that are slightly wider than original items. A couple of the original washers and lock were missing. We installed several of them and found that they were reliable, withstood corrosion, because their solid mounting kits, able to withstand as much wind ever experience in the northwest pacific area.

Also replaced are the original 4 nuts with ones that have lock washers attached to them. Also enclosed is the original assembly instruction sheet and mounting.
